In Short

  • Serve as the primary PSA System Administrator within Professional Services.
  • Work closely with Salesforce administrators in the Business Systems team.
  • Function as the subject matter expert on the PSA solution, Certinia.
  • Evaluate, test, and facilitate upgrades provided by Certinia.
  • Manage the configuration, support, maintenance, and optimization of the PSA application.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams within PDI.
  • Operate as a champion of best practice usage within the PSA solution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a PSA Administrator.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce features.
  • Understanding of Salesforce development concepts.
  • Ability to evaluate the impact of new requirements.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with project management practices.
  • Effective cross-functional communicator.
  • Working knowledge of systems integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
