  • Responsible for processing sales orders to meet customer requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for customer experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required.
  • Manage customer orders from Quote to Cash.
  • Build relationships with customer contacts and onboard new customers.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency with order data.
  • Monitor and manage customer order queues in Salesforce and Outlook.
  • Escalate issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and willing to learn new skills.

Requirements

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work across multiple projects.
  • Outstanding skills with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Confluence, JIRA a plus.
  • Telecom provisioning background helpful but not required.
  • Project management experience helpful.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Must be flexible and open to change.
  • Passion for providing a phenomenal customer experience.
