Overview

As a Project Coordinator at CloudFactory, you’ll support the launch and delivery of innovative solutions for globally recognized clients, working at the intersection of AI, data, and operational workflows.

In Short

• Coordinate pilot and early-stage projects from concept through production launch
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and operational workflows
• Support solution setup, testing, and validation activities
• Analyze project data and workflows to support implementation decisions
• Coordinate communication across Product, Solutions, Delivery, and Operations teams
• Prepare project updates, meeting notes, and status reports
• Track risks or blockers and escalate issues when needed
• Support quality checks and operational reviews
• Document processes, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities
