Overview

As a Project & Reporting Associate, you will manage data flow and communication between customers and manufacturing facilities, ensuring data integrity and providing key updates globally.

In Short

• Maintain and own primary spreadsheets tracking critical data points for customers and factories.
• Update and maintain weekly dashboards monitoring factory output, lead times, and shipping milestones.
• Lead data-heavy portions of weekly status calls, translating raw factory data into clear progress updates.
• Perform rigorous cleansing of factory inputs to ensure accuracy of SKU numbers, quantities, and certification dates.
• Identify production delays or issues proactively, triggering escalations when delivery windows might be missed.
• Keep all project documentation, version controls, and standard operating procedures for order tracking up-to-date.
• Exceptional English fluency to confidently present data and explain technical details.
• Strong process discipline and proven track record of following strict workflows.
• Meticulous attention to detail and reliability with a focus on standardized reporting.
• Analytical ability to guide stakeholders through spreadsheets and explain the big picture.
