Overview

PDI Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Software Engineer I to join their team, focusing on building software solutions that enhance productivity and customer engagement in the convenience retail and petroleum wholesale ecosystem.

In Short

• Develop and support software solutions for PDI products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues quickly.
• Perform engineering tests to find defects.
• Guide and train less experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Management on solution feasibility.
• Provide case status and risk assessments to management.
• Work in an Agile environment to solve technical challenges.
• Clarify and estimate feature work with the Product Owner.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in .Net and C#.
• Experience with SQL performance troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure DevOps or Jira.
• 1+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of computer science fundamentals.
