Overview

The Training Administrator is a pivotal role that ensures our clients are thoroughly trained and well-supported. You will assist in delivering comprehensive training programs for both new and existing clients, enhancing product knowledge and overall client experience.

In Short

  • Support ongoing training and education for clients on products and best practices.
  • Coordinate and deliver on-site and remote training events.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
  • Maintain client-facing documentation and the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Design visually appealing and educationally effective training materials.
  • Facilitate training sessions both in-person and remotely.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create training content.
  • Utilize training platforms and video editing software.
  • Provide collaborative feedback on best training practices.
  • Be tech-savvy and quickly learn new software and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field -or- Associate degree with 3 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with training platforms and e-learning creation tools.
  • Creative problem solver with a flexible mindset.
  • Experience in technical writing.
  • Familiarity with tools like Articulate 360 and LearnDash is a plus.
