Overview

Support the Value Chain Integration Team in TRAINING and PROJECT completion for the North American Business Unit.

In Short

• Develop and support training schedule.
• Create, maintain and complete training on template-set for training modules.
• Use ISD to deploy training materials and assess training needs.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy and quality of content.
• File, organize, and maintain documents for customers.
• Communicate with technical and manufacturing experts.
• Have strong communication skill-set balancing expectation and empathy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree along with TRAINING experience [Required]
• Proven experience with MS Office including Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio.
• Exemplary writing and proofing skills.
• Manufacturing or engineering experience [Preferred]
