Supplier Quality Engineer I - Remote

Overview

The Supplier Quality Engineer I role involves coordinating and leading new component quality development and approval activities with suppliers, ensuring compliance with customer and internal quality requirements.

• Coordinate new component quality development and supplier approval activities.
• Work with suppliers and internal departments for quality control items.
• Lead supplier audits and new component evaluations.

• Travel up to 30% for audits in North America.

Requirements

• BS degree in engineering field required (BSEE, BSME preferred).
• 0-3 years’ experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in the auto industry.
• Bilingual in English/Japanese or Spanish preferred.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking in various tasks.
• Fluent with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Typing speed of 50 characters per minute.
