Procurement Clerk I - Remote

Overview

The Procurement Clerk I position involves assisting the MRO department with clerical duties, vendor information confirmation, and account reconciliations, while working in a hybrid model that allows for both in-office and off-site work.

In Short

• Assist MRO Procurement Buyers with requisitions and purchase orders.
• Reconcile and track various accounts including credit cards and online vendors.
• Process new supplier setups and maintain vendor requirements.
• Track certificates of insurance and supplier expiration documents.
• Complete end-of-month reports and presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Procurement Management.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of clerical experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and material systems.
• Knowledge in ERPLX or MPR is a plus.
