The role of the IT Procurement Consultant involves assisting clients in developing and deploying procurement strategies across various categories including hardware, software, and telecommunications.

In Short

Map client expenditures
Build IT procurement strategy in collaboration with client operational teams
Consolidate needs and draft specifications with stakeholders
Manage consultations: sourcing, sending specifications, analyzing offers, negotiating, and supporting contract finalization
Estimate and manage savings
Establish deployment schedules and monitor supplier deployments
Track supplier performance
Other cross-functional tasks may be assigned based on expertise

Requirements

Higher education ideally in procurement
Significant experience in IT procurement
Strong communication and listening skills
Rigorous, organized, and able to synthesize information
Fluency in English and advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Available within 3 months
