Overview

EPSA is seeking a Contract Law Attorney to join its legal team as part of its growth strategy. The role involves analyzing, negotiating, and managing various contracts while ensuring compliance and best practices.

• Analyze, negotiate, and manage contracts of all types (clients, suppliers, partners).
• Draft and follow up on intra-group agreements.
• Negotiate group agreements, particularly insurance.
• Create new contract templates.
• Train sales teams on best practices.
• Conduct legal monitoring.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business law.
• Minimum of two years of experience in contract law.
• Experience in a corporate group or law firm.
• Knowledge of Anglo-Saxon law is a plus.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good level of English for fluent communication.
