Overview

The role of the IT Procurement Consultant is to assist clients in developing and implementing procurement strategies for the Software & PII category.

In Short

• Define and implement strategy for Software & PII portfolio.
• Lead negotiations and supplier selection with internal clients.
• Renew support and maintenance contracts in collaboration with internal clients.
• Manage daily relationships with support functions.
• Oversee supplier relationship management.
• Participate in supplier performance evaluation.
• Contribute to the procurement community and share best practices.
• Report on activity (case tracking, performance declaration, contract monitoring).
• Participate in group negotiations and implement global supplier contracts locally.

Requirements

• Higher education ideally in procurement.
• Significant experience in IT procurement.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills for software and complex projects.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Organized, rigorous, and proactive.
• Fluency in English and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Available within 3 months.
