Overview

As a Supplier Quality / Performance Engineer, you will provide expertise and support throughout the EMEA region, focusing on ensuring the quality of products delivered by suppliers aligns with design specifications and standards.

In Short

• Adhere to safety and quality standards to achieve zero accidents and defects.
• Lead multi-functional Material Review Board meetings.
• Identify root causes of supplier issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers on inspection methods and issues.
• Conduct Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for new products.
• Perform audits to highlight supplier risks and improve processes.
• Develop suppliers in problem-solving and continuous improvement methods.
• Collaborate on Supplier Performance Business Reviews.
• Lead projects to enhance business performance.
• Conduct training for Emerson or supplier personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business.
• Minimum four years of experience in Supplier Quality or Performance Engineering.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Advanced English language skills.
