Overview

As a Solutions Architect at Versaterm Public Safety, you will design innovative solutions that enhance the effectiveness of public safety agencies. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, developing technical specifications, and creating architecture blueprints that align with business goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in telecommunications or public safety.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, especially in NG911, VoIP, SIP, and ESINET.
• Proficiency in cloud-based architectures (AWS preferred) and virtualization.
• Familiarity with database design and optimization.
• Experience with integration tools, APIs, and data management.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in public safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
