In Short

• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to plan, present, and implement technical data interfaces, leveraging ETL fundamentals.
• Build and maintain data pipelines against REST and SOAP APIs.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data elements.
• Manipulate data structures using JSON, XML, SQL, and CSV formats.
• Perform database discovery and navigate complex SQL schema structures.
• Lead data quality control validation review sessions.
• Integrate with both on-premises and cloud-based database systems.
• Support customers in a technical capacity throughout the customer lifecycle.
• This is a client-facing position requiring remote presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with USA and Canada public safety agencies.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• 4+ years' experience in Information Technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proficiency using PowerShell or another scripting language to manipulate data.
• Proficiency writing complex SQL queries.
• A passion for detail and keeping customers happy.
• A desire to help public safety agencies.
