In Short

  • Manage relationships with public safety partners to drive value and reduce churn.
  • Support the Partner Success Manager in the renewal process.
  • Create and manage quotes for over 2500 accounts.
  • Track renewals and ensure accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams on contract management.
  • Participate in weekly pipeline meetings.
  • Ensure all opportunities in Salesforce are current.
  • Act as a liaison between finance and revenue operations.
  • Utilize strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Work in a hybrid model if located near the office.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office and mastery-level use of Salesforce.
  • Experience with CRM and CLM tools.
  • Strong knowledge of finance operations and SaaS renewal processes.
  • Well-organized, self-directed team player.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the complete sales cycle.
