Overview

Auctane is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Compensation Analyst to support sales compensation, financial planning, and analysis efforts while collaborating closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams.

In Short

• Assist in design, implementation, and management of sales compensation models.
• Build, enhance, and maintain financial models for sales forecasting.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and support sales strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Leverage SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar analytical role preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Hybrid work model with 2 days remote and 3 days in-office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Intermediate to excellent financial modeling skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL or relational databases.
• Experience with Sales Compensation Management Tools.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and find creative solutions.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
