Income Tax Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Income Tax Manager to support the Tax Director with both domestic and international income tax responsibilities, working closely with cross-functional teams and external advisors.

In Short

• Prepare quarterly income tax provisions and tax account reconciliations.
• Manage domestic and international tax compliance and transfer pricing.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Treasury teams.
• Provide professional tax guidance to internal partners.
• Support international tax expansion and liaise with external advisors.
• Execute ad hoc projects as required.
• Uphold compliance with SOX requirements.
• Develop and implement process improvements over the tax calculation process.

Requirements

• Accounting/tax degree required.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a Big 4 accounting firm and in the industry.
• High-tech industry experience in California required.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Experience with OneSource preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with tax research.
