In Short

• Work with third-party tax advisors for corporate income filings.
• Aid in preparation of annual income tax provision workpapers.
• Prepare annual transfer pricing documentation.
• Prepare account reconciliations for tax accounts.
• Assist in integration of acquired entities from a tax perspective.
• Prepare and file US state sales and use tax returns.
• Research/respond to inquiries from taxing authorities.
• Monitor Tax mailbox and escalate issues as needed.
• Gather information for tax audits.
• Assist in development of a worldwide tax calendar.

Requirements

• Experience in tax management and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of US tax laws and regulations.
