In Short

• Support the entire tax department in identifying, analyzing, and managing tax risks.
• Participate in the validation of closing operations and review of current and deferred tax liabilities for French and foreign subsidiaries.
• Engage with tax administrations during tax audits in France and abroad.
• Research and analyze the tax treatment of restructuring operations.
• Conduct tax analysis of contracts and review tax clauses and key intercompany flows.
• Ensure tax compliance for the group through ongoing monitoring.

Requirements

• DESS in Applied Taxation.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in IT tools and tax databases (Navis, BOFIP, IBFD).
• 4-5 years of experience in a corporate environment or law firm.
• Good knowledge of French and international taxation.
• Mastery of accounting rules.
• Strong interpersonal skills for daily collaboration with team members.
