Overview

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in relevant IT discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Basic understanding of software development methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Moderate facilitation skills are a plus.
• Basic oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain automated test scripts.
• Understanding of As-Is and To-Be processes.
• Knowledge of user stories and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
