Business Analyst I - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst I to join our team at Capgemini and provide strategic workforce management solutions to a Top Ten Insurance Carrier.

In Short

• Elicitation and documentation of business requirements from Business Owners and stakeholders for ideas that are submitted/approved for FWS front end applications & backend platforms (ARS, Legacy Mainframe, Payroll Deduct, A360 Guidewire).
• Leading business requirement meetings, business requirement documentation, stakeholder communication.
• Creation of Rally features, templates, link attachments.
• Participation in Agile ceremonies - IT sizing, Business Prioritization, Scrum calls, weekly sync calls, 9 week look aheads, PI Planning & PI Readouts.
• Reviewing UAT/QA test plans.
• Collaborate and work across multiple ARTS & teams within an ART.
