Overview

The Player Operations Manager will be responsible for building the LATAM team from scratch, inspiring and leading a team while focusing on process optimization and player operations management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with USA/European/LATAM Gaming/Sportsbook accounts.
• Understanding of customer support and payment operations.
