Overview

Valcre is searching for our next Product Manager to streamline the CRE appraisal workflow process globally with our innovative SaaS platform.

In Short

• Lead key product initiatives and define the future of CRE appraisal technology.
• Own one or more core areas of our platform with a focus on data and insights.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams.
• Drive the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Define product requirements and prioritize backlogs.
• Leverage user feedback and product analytics.
• Track and report on key product KPIs.
• Champion the voice of the customer.
• Contribute to long-term product vision in emerging areas.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong track record of launching SaaS products.
• Experience in enterprise software; PropTech or FinTech is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Technical fluency and experience with engineering teams.
• Bonus: Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Bonus: Experience with AI-powered workflows.
