In Short

  • Act as the first point of contact for users needing help with Relay.
  • Troubleshoot issues on our front-end app at relay.link.
  • Investigate transaction issues and determine next steps.
  • Create clear escalation reports for our support engineering team.
  • Work with Intercom, Slack, and block explorers daily.
  • Help improve our AI support bot.
  • Write and update internal and external documentation.
  • Communicate with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support, ideally at a Web3 or fintech company.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Familiarity with Web3/DeFi fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of EVM chains is required.
  • Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
  • Excited about working Tuesday–Saturday.
