• Identifying and building partnerships with a broad range of projects that accelerate Relay’s growth.
• Generating leads, negotiating commercials, and engaging in technical conversations.
• Driving new integrations and ensuring successful implementations with partners.
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in business development or related roles.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of blockchain and DeFi.
• Proven track record of building strategic partnerships.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills, including market research.
