In Short

  • Build and lead a world-class People function in a remote-first environment.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, influencing org design and culture.
  • Develop lightweight systems for performance and growth.
  • Coach leaders and enhance manager effectiveness.
  • Partner with leadership on talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Maintain and improve People Ops systems for compliance and efficiency.
  • Handle sensitive employee relations and policy matters.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth experience.
  • Foster a strong remote work culture.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in People leadership with experience in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to build scalable performance systems.
  • Strong judgment in employee relations.
  • Experience in compensation philosophy development.
  • Operational experience with onboarding and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills in a distributed team.
