Head of People - Remote

Overview

DoubleZero Foundation is looking for a Head of People to lead our recruiting and people operations as we scale a global team building the future of blockchain networking infrastructure. In this role, you’ll shape the way we attract, evaluate, and grow top talent — from world-class network engineers to operational leaders. You’ll also establish the systems, processes, and culture that enable our team to thrive in a distributed-first environment.

In Short

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles.
• Design and implement core people systems: onboarding, performance management, compensation frameworks, compliance, and global remote work policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to position DoubleZero as a destination for top blockchain and networking talent.
• Serve as a trusted partner to leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Create repeatable recruiting processes and establish metrics-driven systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting and people operations.
• Demonstrated success hiring technical roles.
• Experience building recruiting processes in high-growth environments.
• Knowledge of people operations best practices for remote teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust across teams.
