Part-Time Community Moderator - Remote

Overview

DoubleZero Foundation is looking for several part-time Community Moderators who will contribute to positive growth of the DoubleZero community. In this role, you will interact with the DoubleZero community via Discord, Slack, and Telegram.

In Short

• Respond to questions from DoubleZero community members clearly and thoughtfully.
• Be proactive and collaborative in responses.
• Moderate discussions and enforce community guidelines.
• Understand the user’s perspective by learning about the validator ecosystem.
• Track engagement and report on community health.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in community management or support.
• Familiarity with Telegram and Discord.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and respond promptly.
• Comfortable discussing crypto-native topics.
• Knowledge of Solana and the validator community is ideal.
• Strong moderation experience with Discord and Telegram tools.
