Community Moderator - Remote

Overview

We are expanding our team and looking for a Community Moderator to help maintain an engaging, supportive, and well-organized environment for our users. If you're an experienced 3Commas user who enjoys interacting with the community and assisting others, we’d love to hear from you!

In Short

• Actively moderate discussions across Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, and other community channels
• Ensure a friendly, professional, and inclusive environment by enforcing community guidelines
• Address user inquiries, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues when necessary
• Collaborate with the support and marketing teams to share community feedback and concerns
• Create engaging content, polls, and discussions to boost community interaction
• Monitor and report on community sentiment, trends, and engagement metrics
• Assist in organizing community events, AMAs, and other engagement initiatives

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience using the 3Commas platform
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, trading, and blockchain technology
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher); additional languages are a plus
• Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism
• Passion for crypto, trading, and engaging with users
