Tothemoon is a global crypto platform on a mission to make digital finance accessible, secure, and intuitive for everyone. We are seeking a skilled Crypto Community Moderator to ensure our online spaces remain safe, engaging, and supportive environments.

In Short

• Liaise with the global crypto community and develop strong relationships with its members.
• Engage with Tothemoon community members and encourage participation in discussions.
• Respond to customers’ comments and requests in a timely manner.
• Review and moderate all user-generated content and user profiles.
• Manage the banned user process and track previously banned users.
• Resolve disputes by acting as a mediator.
• Develop the online community moderation strategy and calendar.
• Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics.
• Provide community feedback to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, PR, and Communications teams.

Requirements

• 3 years of proven success in online community moderation.
• Deep understanding of the crypto space and trading.
• Expertise in Telegram, Twitter, and Discord platforms.
• Prior experience in planning and managing online events is preferred.
• Independent, responsible, and highly organized.
• Fluent in English, C1+ level.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in customer service and online management tools.
