Veda Tech Labs is seeking a thoughtful, hands-on Head of People to lead all aspects of the employee journey, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and people operations in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in recruiting or HR, preferably in tech.
• Success in leading full-cycle hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
• Familiarity with onboarding and compliance best practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms and HR tools.
