• Identify, engage, and onboard institutional clients and strategic partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years in institutional business development, partnerships, or sales.
• Ability to navigate and sell into financial institutions.
• Understanding of crypto and DeFi primitives.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks in crypto.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable operating in a startup environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
