Requirements

• 3+ years in an implementation or customer success role in B2B SaaS.
• Success managing multiple customer implementations.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Technical acumen for software configuration.
• Skilled in delivering onboarding sessions.
• Comfortable in a start-up environment.
