Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Consultant at TwinStream, you will work with diverse teams and clients to enable cross-domain use cases, manage priorities, and provide thought leadership.

In Short

• Primary contact for onboarding new business solutions.
• Translate use cases into scoped backlogs with technical architects.
• Manage customer system integrations with the cross-domain platform.
• Write and maintain technical and business documentation.
• Engage with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Suggest process improvements for implementation.
• Provide advice on feature enhancements to the development team.
• Must be eligible for DV security clearance.
• Hybrid working with site visits near North Bristol and Herefordshire.
• Salary range between £70,000 - £90,000 depending on experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of networking and software architectures.
• Familiarity with structured text formats like JSON, XML, CSV.
• Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous architectures.
• Exposure to programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Go.
• Familiarity with API definitions like Swagger / Open API 3.
• Experience with shell scripting.
• Knowledge of CloudFormation templates.
• Familiarity with AWS administration.
• Technical authorship skills.
