Senior HR Advisor - Remote

Overview

As a Senior HR Operations Advisor, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our day-to-day People processes. You’ll act as a subject matter expert in people policy, systems, and lifecycle processes. This role will suit someone who enjoys building new processes from the ground up, driving meaningful impact and helping a high-growth organisation mature its people operations with structure, consistency, and purpose.

In Short

• Part-time position: 30 hours per week over 4 or 5 days
• 14-month Fixed Term Contract
• Support employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit interviews
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and GDPR
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and maintain accurate people data
• Administer employee benefits programs
• Improve HR processes for efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Admin departments
• Provide guidance on HR-related queries
• Participate in people-related projects to support growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR Operations or generalist roles
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance
• Extensive experience with HR systems (e.g. BambooHR, HiBob)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Process mindset with ability to improve HR workflows
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
