Overview

In this role, you’ll be a key link between our payroll remediation project team and a group of previous employees, ensuring clear, timely and professional communication from start to finish.

In Short

• Proactively contacting former employees and verifying details.
• Drafting and tailoring clear and compliant communications.
• Providing guidance for secure submission of personal and banking information.
• Collaborating with Payroll to answer questions on entitlements and payments.
• Maintaining accurate records for compliance and audit requirements.
• Supporting the HR team in creating and updating HR documents.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR advisory or generalist roles.
• Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation.
• Confidence in handling payroll processes and queries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and digital skills.
