Overview

The HR Advisor plays a crucial role in providing full-lifecycle HR advisory services, supporting recruitment, and engaging in strategic projects related to organizational design and culture assessment.

• Work closely with HR Advisors and Business Partners.
• Support employee onboarding and engagement.
• Administer HRIS and maintain accurate data.
• Assist in recruitment and candidate selection.
• Conduct performance management and check-ins.
• Draft HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Conduct research and data analysis for HR projects.
• Provide compliance and legal support.
• Facilitate leadership program logistics.
• Remote work with occasional onsite client support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HR processes and compliance.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
