HR Advisor - Remote

Overview

The HR Advisor will support the HR Manager in managing daily HR operations at Sarpi Ecoservices BE and assist with HR aspects of two sister entities.

In Short

• Responsible for payroll for three entities.
• Point of contact for employees regarding salary and labor conditions.
• Manage time registration systems.
• Handle HR administration including contracts and policies.
• Support onboarding and development of new employees.
• Contribute to learning and development initiatives.
• Assist in HR reporting for three entities.
• Recruit new employees and maintain relationships with staffing agencies.
• Support HR projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Experience with payroll administration.
• Knowledge of Belgian labor law.
• Familiarity with eBlox HR and Protime systems.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and French.
• Willingness to travel between sites.
