Responsible for continuous improvement of HR processes and guidelines
Close collaboration with the Country Chair and all GSS streams

Requirements
3+ years of professional experience as HR generalist
A confident and customer-oriented demeanor
Communication skills, experience in negotiations
A proactive approach, being solution oriented
A university degree or similar qualification is recommended
Very good ability to work in a team
Fluent German and English skills
Knowledge in labor law is helpful
