In Short

  • Act as a first-line advisor to managers on employee relations queries.
  • Draft, update and maintain internal HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide timely guidance on employee requests and day-to-day policy matters.
  • Support HR projects and process improvements across the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and the People Experience team.
  • Produce regular reports using HRIS and Google Sheets.
  • Support essential HR admin tasks including document management.
  • Proven experience in a HR advisory role.
  • Comfortable leading or supporting on disciplinary investigations.
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified or equivalent experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in employee relations and generalist HR advisory work.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR policy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Able to balance pragmatism with empathy.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms and Google Workspace is a plus.
