Overview

The Implementation Consultant at Neon One is the primary point of contact for clients during their onboarding journey, ensuring successful implementation through system setup, data migration, and user training.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contact for new clients throughout their implementation journey.
• Manage the implementation lifecycle, including communication, data analysis, and system configuration.
• Conduct data imports and prepare complex data import rules.
• Work independently to help clients achieve their implementation goals.
• Keep internal systems updated with project progress.
• Lead live web-based product trainings tailored to client needs.
• Apply critical thought to recommend strategic solutions.
• Meet or exceed KPIs by delivering quality work and driving results.
• Promote a collaborative work environment across departments.
• Provide thoughtful product feedback and develop best practices.

Requirements

• 1+ years in a training or teaching role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong customer service background.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the nonprofit industry preferred.
• Experience in a SaaS environment or with CRM platforms preferred.
