• Be part of the Implementation team for Samsara’s Mid-Market customers.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success or account management.
• Experience with technical products and SaaS preferred.
• Strong communication and consultative skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
• High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in end-to-end system implementations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
