Overview

As a Technical Analyst at Relatient, you'll be instrumental in enhancing the client experience through effective support and issue resolution, while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client support inquiries.
  • Resolve client complaints and troubleshoot product issues.
  • Manage support cases with timely follow-up.
  • Monitor the support portal and update clients on case status.
  • Prioritize incoming requests to meet business needs.
  • Guide clients through solutions for user errors.
  • Handle high volumes of calls and support tickets.
  • Collaborate with team leads for high-quality service.
  • Document and manage call and email records.
  • Provide web portal training and support to clients.

Requirements

  • Strong client support experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience managing support cases.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in handling high call volumes.
  • Familiarity with internal support systems and tools.
  • Ability to train clients on web portal usage.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.
