Technical Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Technical Analyst will contribute to customer support and service levels by providing 2nd line business and technical product support to clients using the Experian Core DA product set.

In Short

• Provide 2nd line business and technical support to clients.
• Deal with live product configuration incidents.
• Perform investigations end to end (technical and business).
• Make changes within the Technical Area (config, SQL queries, groovy scripts).
• Make changes within the Business Strategy Area (PCx Studio).
• Attend client calls to resolve incidents or provide consultancy.
• Organize, prioritize, multitask, and problem solve.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Extract, formulate, and manipulate data.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of work.

Requirements

• IT Degree or equivalent standard.
• Good SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of third-party software.
• ITIL knowledge.
