Overview

As a Lead Designer at Real, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our creative vision across marketing and brand initiatives, overseeing designers across global teams and ensuring creative work consistently supports business goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in design, with leadership experience.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication skills for giving feedback and direction.
• Ability to connect design strategy to company objectives.
• Expertise in visual design, typography, layout, and digital production.
