Director of Operations and Finance - Remote

Overview

Sepsis Alliance seeks an experienced and collaborative non-profit operations and finance professional with a demonstrated successful track record in serving in this role. The ideal candidate will be capable of overseeing daily operations, accounting and finance, human resources (including benefits), and business administration functions such as IT.

• Oversee daily operations, accounting, and finance functions.
• Manage human resources and IT functions.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in operations and financial management.
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in a virtual work environment.
• Proven experience in budget development and financial audits.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other financial software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
