Systems Integration Manager - Accounting - Remote

Overview

The Accounting Systems Integration Manager will facilitate the seamless integration and support the ongoing integration of accounting functions for new partner organizations within STP’s growing portfolio.

In Short

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of integrations between NetSuite and other systems.
• Build, deploy, and support SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteLet/RestLet automations.
• Maintain integration frameworks and troubleshoot data-sync errors.
• Configure and administer NetSuite modules for billing and invoicing.
• Manage user roles and maintain compliance with API changes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Serve as the liaison between accounting and systems teams.
• Provide documentation and training for finance staff.
• Support implementation of accounting automation strategies.
• Coordinate integration testing with teams in the U.S. and India.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration and accounting integration.
• Proficient in SuiteScript 2.0 and SuiteFlow automations.
• Strong project management and documentation skills.
• Effective communication between technical and accounting teams.
