Systems Integration Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Systems Integration Manager at Deel, you will be the main point of contact for Success and Onboarding teams on integrations and API issues, managing and troubleshooting integration projects.

In Short

• Serve as the main point of contact for integrations and API issues.
• Act as the escalation point for unresolved customer integration questions.
• Manage and troubleshoot integration issues with internal teams.
• Oversee customer integration projects from planning to execution.
• Develop tailored integration plans based on client needs.
• Work with the Integrations and API Product team on common challenges.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Deel’s product suite.
• Create and update resources for self-serve integrations.
• Communicate regularly about project status and issues.
• Guide customers through integration and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in Technical Consulting or Implementation Project Management.
• Strong understanding of API integrations.
• Proven project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks and SAP.
• Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus.
