• Strong understanding of APIs and integration architectures.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with HRIS, ERP, or accounting systems.
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
